Headset for noisy office use (preferably wireless)

I have four guys in a small office space, all of us use VOIP, and my current headset (Logitech h800) picks up a lot of the background noise. Specifically, it picks up my sales guy a lot because he has a big boomy voice.

What I'm looking for is a headset which won't pick up everyone else in the room and gets loud enough that I can hear the people I'm on the phone with over my noisy coworkers. If it's also wireless, then great, but that's not a deal breaker. I definitely prefer binaural headsets - I have difficulty concentrating on my phone call if I keep hearing everyone else's calls.

Everything I look at has people saying both "It's awesome and works perfectly for everything and makes me feel like rainbows and unicorns are flowing into my ears!" and "it's complete crap - don't waste your money. So....anyone have something that they can personally attest is good at *not* picking up noisy coworkers?

Background noise filtering is going to be more ambient noise.... unfortunately the headset is going to be attuned to pick up the human voice, and that includes other voices (since, if it did a lousy job at human voices, it wouldn't be useful...)

You would see if you can get one with a more directional microphone though, that aims more to pick up ONLY the wearer's voice though, as opposed to more sensitive to outside noises from other directions.

You may need to get into professional level headsets from Grado, Plantronics, AKG, or someone else...
I have a Bluetooth wireless setup here for my office, and it works well with our Mitel 3300 VOIP system here. I am right next to the server closet. Sometimes the door to the closet is open and when on a call the people on the other end can still hear me fine and I can hear them. I also have a noisy coworker, he likes everyone to hear his conversation, and my headset still works well when he is talking. I am using an older Jabra GN9330 and I added a GN1000 headset lifter. The headset is very light and comfortable also. The range is also really good, and I can leave my desk and go to several other different departments and still be on the phone when working with a user.
