Apparently I made an error and haven't learned my lesson when I see an ad on Facebook I ordered one set and was tricked in to buying a second set. Tried to contact Awaze Lab thru their email address and contact form. No reply. They sent me tracking info for a Chinese shipper. Looked up for this product and found several other sellers including Walmart and Amazon with exceedingly lower prices. When will I learn!

Do not use this company! ordered on 15th November 2024 and still waiting!! They've told me the same thing for 4 weeks, it is in transit but are not happy to help any further! My children are still waiting on their xmas presents I cannot claim a refund until the order has arrived!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!!!

A CON SITE DO NOT BUY FROM OR USE!
As previous reviewers I purchased the x15 Pro Lenovo - paid £37 - they were shoddy and one ear pod didn’t work! I write to them and said I could return them to Hong Kong for an exchange or they would give me 20 per cent of the cost as a refund - total scammers - I can’t understand why Amazon are selling them - but price is £4.99!!
I couldn’t get my money back from PayPal as I was one day out in creating a report!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
I ordered ear buds; AWAZE SOUND LABS X LENOVO XP2-M98 (PRO EDITION) × 1. They arrived and were no where near like the procure on the website. Quality was poor and whilst I received a £42 refund I argued that as they were not as described I should get the £11.20 postage to Hong Kong. I’m still waiting. Do not buy from this website

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Lenovo name used fraudulently in their ads, item arrived, cheap & plasticy, requested refund, was offered partial refund if I kept the items, email received from "Erica" confirming partial refund processed, NEVER received it and now zero response to my emails. Pure and simple Made in Hong Kong con artists, DO NOT purchase any of their rubbish!!

First set arrive after 3/52 - happy with them although no mention of Lenovo on them, but I can live with that. Ordered the ‘new’ version ( 16 pro) since I like the x15 pro. Order arrived after 3/52 but this time they were nothing like the advertised version and the sound was poor and the screen was in chinese (which I don’t speak). Have asked about refund but have heard nothing - having read other reviews I’d be concerned returning them as it looks like the just disappear with your money.

I ordered these headphones and didn't like them and asked if I can return for a refund to which they responded "absolutely", then when I spent my own money on postage to return, they have never gotten back to me, even though I have proof they received the headphones. Absolutely disgusting.

Not Lenovo products, actually the whole page seems to be a convincing con. Ordered the headphones, they arrived, work fine, but without any mention of Lenovo on the product, brand name showing (awaze only). They are identical to the ones found on Temu, with various brand names stuck on, for around £7 (or on amazon and other sites for up to £20,) nothing like the £38 let alone the pretend special reduction offer. No reply from customer services, return only if product is faulty at own expense.
