When I plug it into one of the laptops (
running Windows 11
), the peripheral devices work that are connected to the USB ports on the docking station, but the displays remain dark, and says there’s no input on the two monitors connected to the docking station.

On the computer where the display works immediately, this is what I see when it’s unplugged
this is what I see when it’s plugged in on the laptop where the display works:
What matters most is whether or not your non-displaying laptop, supports display output (usually DisplayPort) via USB-C, if it does not, it wont output a signal at all.
What kind of Dock do you have? What kind of Ports are you plugging into on the two different laptops. If one is Thunderbolt and the other is just USB-C only, that can be an issue. What are the two laptops you have? Perhaps you need to update the Chipset Drivers/BIOS?
based on the link you provide I suspect
