I've owned two of the RAVPower Turbo 10W Max Wireless Charger with Universal Compatibility (lol) for a little over two years now, and both have operated with my Note 9 flawlessly the entire time. I received my S22 Ultra yesterday, and whenever I place it on one of the wireless chargers, the phone display a message in the notification drawer that says "This fast wireless charger isn't compatible with your phone, so you're charging at standard speed."

I did a little bit of digging on Google and various reddit subs, and it appears that several Samsung phones with One UI 3 and above simply will not allow fast charging with 3rd party wireless chargers. However, in some of my digging, I've seen some people report that they've had success fast charging or super fast charging their Samsung phones with 3rd party wireless chargers.

Is there any way around this with my current charger? It only maxes out at 10W, but I'm fine with that for now, if I can get it working. I'll eventually upgrade to a couple of 15W super fast wireless chargers, but I don't want to do it immediately if I don't have to.

Has anyone had success wirelessly charging their S22 Ultra with 10W or 15W 3rd party wireless chargers?

Get a Samsung 25w brick/cable for around $20.

My bad, skim reading again... sorry.
Problem with wireless is more heat buildup.
Wired or wireless you shouldn't charge with the screen on as it skews the charge cycle. The charge rate ramps down if the phone is active to protect the battery.
The wireless charger needs to comply with Samsung's wireless fast charging protocols.

Fast wireless charging needs 15W to fast charge. 10W is standard speed. It's your charger.

Actually, the first wireless charging standard charged at a rate of 5w. My Nexus 6 charged wirelessly at a rate of 5w. 10w and 15w are both considered fast wireless charging. My Note 9 and Fold 3 literally said "Fast Charging" when I would set them on my current 10w wireless charger.

OK. I tried to help, but you're comparing specs of the S22 with the Nexus 6. Things change.

Look, I'm really not trying to sound like a jerk, but said something that was factually inaccurate and didn't come anywhere close to solving the question I originally asked. Then you got upset when I pointed it out. Show me where the help was.

The answer is no. The wireless fast charger must comply to the protocols Samsung is using.
The easiest solution is to use a Samsung wireless charger. It's not that I love giving Samsung money but it does make troubleshooting easier.

I didn't say anything factually inaccurate, nor did I get upset. Things said in the imaginary world of the internet don't upset me. I had actually already forgot about it until you replied just now and I got a notification.

If you think what I said was being "upset," then you might be a little over sensitive. Sorry if it came across that way.

Again, it's your charger. Get a 15W wireless charger and it will fast charge. You don't have to believe me. But companies change specs on phones, yearly. Just because your precious phones fast charged wirelessly at 5 or 10W doesn't mean this one does.

As a followup, I dug out my old Samaung brand wireless charger, which came out with the Note 8 or 9. It's labeled as a "Fast Charger," but only charges at 10W. When I place my S22U on it, it just does standard wireless charging. When I place it on the newer Samsung wireless charger which charges at 15W, it says fast wireless charging.

So again, the standards have changed, and now 15W is considered fast charging. Kinda like when the old Moto Turbo Chargers were considered fast chargers, but only charged at 5W. Standards change over the years.

Your 10W charger is still charging at 10W. It just doesn't say Fast Charging anymore.

Also, make sure these settings are all toggled on. Straight out of the box, my Super Fast Charging and Fast Wireless Charging were on, but Fast Charging was off.

I have to disagree. I have samsung GP-PLU021SAABW car charger (10W) and it shows fast charging.

Same thing happened with my S22 Ultra. I get Fast Wireless charging with the 15W Spigen with no issues.

Can You install Battery Charging monitor from Play Store and check the graph for screen on and screen off? I have verified baseus 15w charger, which worked well for 7.5 and 10w with previous models, but now it's even less than 5w.

Yeah. I'll do it tomorrow. My S22U is charged up right now. I'll try to run it down a bit before charging.

I got Samsung wireless charger EP-PG950 using with Samsung charger 15 Watt EP-TA20BE
I'm not getting any error messages from it and it shows fast charging
you could try find one on eBay
